We have studio availability.

A first floor studio has become available. The tenancy will begin on 1st September 2024. The studio is 18.7 Sq M.

We are currently in the middle of a phased rent increase to meet the rising costs of managing the building and organisation.

September 2024 - £171.11 - This comes to £9.15 per Sq M.

Oct 24 - Mar 25 - £177.65 a month - This comes to £9.50 per Sq M.

Apr - Jun 25 - £182.33 a month - this comes to £9.75 per Sq M.

Jul 2025 onwards - £187 a month - this comes to £10 per Sq M.

Electricity is included up to our fair rate cap which is currently set at 223 KWH per month.

Applications will be considered by the board and priority will be given to:-

-length of time on waiting list

-if you have previously applied for a studio and been unsuccessful

-strength of application - sense of interest in the community of Crate and being an active member of the community.

The deadline for applications is 20th August. Decisions will be made by 28th August. Moving in date is from 1st September.
